3. What material are the frames made of?

We do not use lacquered frames, as they can break easily with impact and tend to deteriorate over time.

Our frames are premium quality, made from solid treated wood with a protective finish, providing a durable and long-lasting result.

4. How do I hang the artwork?

All artworks come with hangers already installed on the back of the frame.

If you prefer to reposition the hanger, it can be easily removed and reinstalled.

5. What is the delivery time?

All artworks are made to order, which helps us avoid waste and maintain quality. Your piece will be produced exclusively for you.

Once your order is confirmed, production takes up to 9 business days.

After production, the artwork is shipped via carrier. The total delivery time is the production time plus the shipping time, which depends on your postal code.

The delivery estimate shown in the shipping calculator is the total estimated timeframe and may vary by up to 3 days earlier or later.


6. How is the artwork packaged?

No need to worry. Your artwork will be very carefully packaged.

Each piece is shipped in a secure, protective box, with bubble wrap and foam protection around the frame to ensure safe transportation.


7. How can I track my order?

Tracking will be available after your order has been shipped.

While your artwork is still in production, tracking information will not yet be available.

Once production is complete, we will send you an email (or a WhatsApp message if the order was placed through WhatsApp) confirming that your order has been shipped, along with the tracking code and carrier website.

After shipping, it may take up to one business day for the tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system. When it becomes available, you will be able to see the shipping date and the updated delivery progress.


8. My artwork arrived damaged. What should I do?

This is very unlikely to happen, but please inspect your order within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] and include photos of both the packaging and the product.

We will prioritize your case and send a replacement for production immediately.

Please keep the product properly packed in the original packaging and notify us within the timeframe mentioned above.


9. How do I clean my artwork?

Cleaning is simple.

Use a soft dry cloth, a slightly damp cloth, or a feather duster.

Never use chemical or abrasive cleaning products directly on the print or frame.


10. I noticed the colors look slightly different. Is this normal?

Yes, this is normal.

Lighting conditions in your space can affect how colors appear.

Natural light usually shows the most accurate colors, but the appearance can change throughout the day depending on weather conditions such as sunlight, clouds, or rain.

In addition, the colors displayed on monitors and mobile screens may differ slightly from the printed artwork due to screen settings such as brightness, contrast, exposure, and color saturation.

Therefore, small variations between the colors on your screen and the final printed artwork are completely normal.


11. Can I cover an electrical panel or fuse box with an artwork?

Yes, this is possible, but there are a few important considerations.

Ideally, the cover of the electrical panel should be removed. Even though the frame has approximately 3.5 cm of space behind it, larger frames may include internal wooden reinforcements that could interfere if the electrical panel has a cover.

It is also important that the artwork is at least 10 cm larger than the electrical panel, due to the internal wooden structure.

Example:
If your electrical panel measures 40 × 65 cm, the recommended artwork size would be 50 × 75 cm or larger.

The 50 × 75 cm and 60 × 90 cm sizes do not include rear reinforcements, so in these cases it is not necessary to remove the panel cover.

Larger sizes will most likely include internal reinforcements.


12. Can I exchange or return my order?

Customers have the right to exchange or return their artwork within the timeframe defined in our return policy.

However, we kindly ask that you measure your wall carefully before placing your order to avoid purchasing the wrong size.

We do not keep inventory, and every artwork is produced exclusively for you, including the selected size, frame color, and artwork.

Because of this, exchanged pieces are often difficult to resell and may result in waste and additional costs.

If you are unsure about which artwork or size would work best for your space, feel free to contact us on WhatsApp. We are happy to help you choose the ideal option.

The exchange period is 7 calendar days from the delivery date.


Important

For exchanges or returns, the artwork must be sent in its original packaging with all protective materials, and the request must be submitted by email within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.


Exchanges

Send an email to [email protected] explaining the reason for the exchange and include photos of the product and packaging.

We do not accept exchanges without the original packaging and are not responsible for products returned with inadequate packaging that results in shipping damage.

We will send you a shipping label so you can return the product through the carrier.


Returns

Send an email to [email protected] explaining the reason for the return and include photos of the product.

We will send you a shipping label so you can ship the product back to us.

Returns without the original packaging will not be accepted, and we are not responsible for products damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping.


Refunds

The refund will be processed once the product arrives at our address without damage.

If the product arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging, the refund will not be issued. If the damage is confirmed to be caused by the shipping carrier, the refund will be processed normally.

Refund processing time depends on the payment method used at checkout. In the case of credit cards, the timeframe also depends on your bank.


Important: Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Custom orders include:

• Color modifications requested by the customer
• Artwork modifications requested by the customer
• Artwork or photographs provided by the customer
• Custom sizes not listed on the website
• Custom finishes that require a special payment link


Additional Notes

The first return shipment (from customer to Art Tonial) is covered by us for both exchanges and returns.
The shipment of the replacement item (from Art Tonial to the customer) is also covered by us.

It is essential that the delivery address is entered correctly, including ZIP code, street, number, neighborhood, and recipient name.

If the address is incorrect, the package will automatically be returned to us.

In areas with delivery restrictions, or after two (sometimes three) unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be held at the nearest carrier location for 7 calendar days.

If the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to us and reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
